Job Description
Summary: Compiles and maintains accounting records by performing the following duties:


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide AR backup support for deposits and invoicing
  • Provide AP backup support for check runs
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Reconcile monthly sales taxes and track state credits/amended returns
  • Prior SAP experience is a plus
  • Monthly P&L reporting
  • Fixed assets and depreciation
  • Prepares weekly Concur uploads
  • Maintains and imports credit card statements and employee expense reports
  • Reconcile subsidiary accounts to the GL
  • Knowledge of the balance sheet, liabilites and intercompany transactions
  • Maintain financial records

Education/Experience


  • Four year college or university program degree in accounting; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience in reconciling balance sheet accounts is required
