Responsibilities
- Move the team to a “shift-left” mentality with a focus on developing automation and tooling
- Lead the team of QA engineers in an Agile environment
- Develop and transform current QA team into a high performing team to achieve enterprise objectives
- Ensure successful partnership and collaboration with various cross-functional teams like finance, business intelligence, digital product management, PMO, infrastructure, operations and other business teams.
- Champion QA best practices and measure through KPIs to drive quality improvements
- Collaboratively lead and develop technical standards and best practices for data QA environments.
- Manage day to day automation, performance and end to end QA and validation duties to support R+F applications and associated systems
- Develop major testing initiatives using a combination of process, people and effective testing methodologies
- Reviews Performance Metrics and recommend actions to improve performance
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of secure test data creation and lifecycle
- Familiarity with SAP Hybris and ECC, Confluent Kafka and Google Cloud preferred
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in handling software QA responsibilities at enterprise level.
- Experience in delivering services in a fast-paced agile environment
- Experience with test Automation frameworks such as Selenium and Cucumber
- Working knowledge of Jira, Jenkins, bitbucket, Splunk
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field strongly preferred
- Experience with testing on mobile devices and browsers
- Hands on experience and proficiency in qtest, TOSCA, JMeter and other testing tools
- 5+ years proven leadership experience in developing and managing Performance, Automation and End to End QA organizations deep understanding of defect reporting, version control, and configuration management best practices, along with different testing phase best practices and objectives (functional, system integration, UAT, performance)

- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Demonstrable presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Thinker and planner – able to see potential issues and requirements ahead of time, plan and execute them.
- Demonstrable leadership and team evangelizing abilities in changing, ambiguous and challenging situations
- Ability to balance short term tactical decisions with long term strategic thinking

Salary Range: $124,000 - 195,000
The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs.
