The Role
The Sr. Lead Marketing Manager (Lead Gen Campaign Activation) is part of the Lead Strategy team and is responsible for managing the lead generation campaign activation process end-to-end in a deadline-driven, fast-paced, and dynamic team environment. The Lead Strategy team employs a ‘happy to help’ motto to actively improve current processes with ease of use and simplicity in mind to ensure the Lead Gen team can spend their time on high value activities that bring revenue to the business.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong project management skills, presentation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to align marketing campaigns with lead capacity and prioritization. The ideal candidate will be focused on campaign planning, executing, and optimizing Lead Generation campaigns that substantially impact pipeline, progression, and deal closure.
The Main Responsibilities
- Define tasks, allocate team resources, prioritize, and execute the end-to-end marketing campaigns for both internal and external Lead Generation efforts.
- Own campaign capacity planning through tracking and capacity planning calls with all
- Requires a self-starter with strong experience in organization, communication, execution, and accuracy.
- Develops, recommends and drives feedback between lead generation and the campaign teams
- Drive high efficiency and contribution to business outcomes through increasing the proficiency of campaign execution and marketing ROI
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders to determine objectives and execute on deliverables, challenges, scope, and timing; work with cross-functional groups.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
