Opportunity Summary:
The Content Lifecycle Automation business unit is looking for a motivated, organized Lead Generation Manager to join our team! This role will work closely with the Marketing Lead for the BA Insight and AccuRoute products to drive pipeline and revenue for our business unit.
The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure data integrity – distributions lists, lead tracking, campaign performance, etc.
- Hands on support and execution of the growth marketing strategy to drive lead generation in support of revenue targets across key geographies and audiences
- Manage and implement digital marketing campaigns via LinkedIn to drive sales objectives, including lead generation and upselling. Work with BU and corporate digital marketing experts on product PPC and SEO
- Manage annual events schedule including selection, registration, logistics, collateral, marketing, and measurement of ROI
- Develop creative and engaging email nurture streams in Outreach that resonate with the target audience
- Own the product webinar and video strategy. Create and manage the annual webinar plan and calendar in conjunction with the overall marketing campaign plan. Leverage BU BrightTALK channel for all activity.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling copy
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- 3+ years of experience in B2B technology growth marketing/lead generation
- You love B2B marketing and aspire to be known as one of the best in the world!
- 3+ years of event management experience
- Self-starter with the ability to work remotely, independently and within a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous work with 3rd party platforms such as G2 and BrightTALK
- Knowledge of Marketo Marketing Automation software
- Data-driven, knowledge of growth marketing KPIs and desire to understand how marketing contributes to revenue
- Familiarity with applications/tools like Outreach, Salesforce, all Microsoft Office products
