Job Summary:
A key marketing management role, in this remote role you will lead and support a team of employees responsible to drive growth and support corporate objectives for one of IPG’s core direct-to-consumer insurance brands. Reporting to the VP/SVP of Insurance Marketing, you will build and execute the annual marketing roadmap to accelerate profitable growth. Managing a multi-faceted, full-service marketing team, consisting of digital, brand, creative, and acquisition efforts, this role includes both hands-on and oversight responsibilities, as well as coordinating and aligning processes to support effective growth strategies. A results-focused role, you’ll need a keen understanding a leading marketing approaches and a proven ability to partner with, influence, and lead internal and external teams. You will have experience with the joys and challenges of being a pet parent, as well as the strong emotional impact consumers derive from their cats and dogs.
Job Location: Remote work is not available in AK, MT, HI (US)
Main Responsibilities:
- Optimize leading marketing technologies and platforms to maximize brand efforts
- Build and execute the annual Insurance marketing plan for ASPCA brand to support corporate objectives
- Customer service mindset and a great networker, able to develop authentic relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience managing a remote marketing team, as well as working with senior leadership
- Deep understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels to accelerate growth
- Apply an analytical and data-driven approach to measure performance and achieve goals
- Leverage the collection and analysis of market, competitor, and consumer insights to deliver differentiated and impactful campaigns
- Build a customer-centric mindset throughout all marketing communications and tactics
- Translate strategy into executable go-to-market tactics and deliverables, and sales results for profitable growth
- Demonstrated track record of managing a multi-million-dollar budget AND delivering results
- Mentor and coach team members, to help drive performance and provide career growth opportunities with a positive working experience
- An understanding of financial, technical and operational data
- Proven track record in building and nurturing partner relationships
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners, and internal and external stakeholders
- Great communicator skilled at providing information and feedback to ensure an aligned team
Qualifications:
- 12+ years relevant experience to include leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, administration, or a similar area or equivalent experience
