Job Description
LaSalle Network is partnering with one of the country's best known service brands to hire a Financial Analyst Manager. Reporting to the Director Financial Analysis, the Financial Analyst Manager will be responsible for developing and evaluation of models and advanced analyses to drive measurable, profitable decisions designed to contribute to short term benefit and long-term growth. The Financial Analyst Manager will also apply well established accounting and financial principles, theories, concepts and practices to moderately difficult problems, develop extensive short and long-term budgets and forecasts as well as various, complex forms of financial analysis for potential financial transactions, and complete and distribute non-standard reports and statements of a complex nature.


Financial Analyst Manager Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regression analysis to measure the impact of marketing activities on sales, customer engagement and brand awareness
  • Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support informed decision-making
  • Act as an analytical leader, guiding and educating team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and product development, to gather data and insights for analysis
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast marketing performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and opportunities
  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis and evaluation of marketing initiatives, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns and customer acquisition programs
  • Identify and track key marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Utilize computational, statistical and modeling techniques to improve key performance indicators, including predictive analysis, data mining, marketing mix modeling, attribution, incrementality, acquisition and churn analysis
  • Interpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Monitor marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and providing insights for cost optimization
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management


Financial Analyst Manager Requirements:


  • Background in marketing or digital analytics role preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with industry-leading BI tools such as Tableau or Cognos a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to write SQL a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to exercise business judgment and effectively communicate with management
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate accounting required
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience required
  • Comfortable working with assumptions and imperfect data
