About the Team
Our Applications Quality Assurance team plays a pivotal role in building a positive customer experience by delivering new features and improved functionality. We believe in Quality!
Our team works hand in hand with the Product Management and Development teams to deliver new Workday features and functionality across Financials, HCM, Payroll, Spend Management and Talent applications.
Quality Assurance Engineers collaborate beyond specialist areas to verify that functionality works seamlessly across Workday products.
We exist to elevate the Workday experience for all our customers in the delivery of quality enterprise applications.

About the Role
The Sr Associate Quality Assurance Engineer will develop, modify, and execute software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing. They debug software products through the use of systematic tests to apply and maintain quality standards for Workday's products. The Quality Assurance Engineer will also ensure that system tests are successfully completed, documented and resolved.
About You
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with REST API, Web Service, Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, Workday Report Writer, Workday Business Process.
  • 1+ years in Software Quality Engineering, Test Automation or Development.
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or business analysis working in automated and manual testing techniques/approaches.
  • 1+ years of experience with Agile and Test-Driven Development.

Other Qualifications
  • Hard-working and confident with the ability to work with different teams.
  • Creative and organized, with a dedicated customer approach.
  • High degree of attention to detail, with an eagerness for troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The base pay range for the primary location of this job is listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, future potential and internal pay parity. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $98,900 - $148,400
