Position Summary:

The SQL Developer/Analyst role will be responsible for developing and maintaining a complex data infrastructure to support a heavy analytical environment. This involves designing databases, ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance. Additionally, the SQL Developer/Analyst is responsible for creating and managing queries and procedures to create custom reporting and unique data marts to support Client and Business initiatives. The role will require close collaboration with the Data Analytics team to provide data support in the building of Client dashboards and analytics through multiple analysis tools. Strong technical skills and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage appropriate and useful reporting deliverables.
• Develop procedures and scripts for data migration.
  • Keen understanding on integrating other systems and data sources into a SQL database.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and analysis applications a plus.
• Design and development of high-quality database solutions:
  • Building databases, tables, views, queries, and functions aligning to the needs of the business.
  • Build and optimize stored procedures to drive automation and efficiencies in sharing data.
• Ability to assess and interpret ongoing business reporting and analysis requirements.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and analysis applications a plus.
• Data Management: Managing and maintaining the data integrity within the SQL database, including importing, exporting data, and ensuring data quality.
• Building databases, tables, views, queries, and functions aligning to the needs of the business.
• Keen understanding on integrating other systems and data sources into a SQL database.
• Build and optimize stored procedures to drive automation and efficiencies in sharing data.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of Data Analysis experience and SQL development.
• Able to troubleshoot problems and present solutions for a variety of situations.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products including Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Familiarity or experience with the PEO Industry a plus.
• A keen understanding of business processes, data, and metrics is desired.

• Salary range between $110,000 and $135,000, with some flexibility and commensurate on experience.
