Qualifications:

*Ability to build collaborative relationships, earn trust, and thrive in an inclusive environment.

*Strong communication and presentation skills

*Attention to detail and ability to recognize trends that present financial risks or opportunities

*Experience and proficiency with a financial ERP system, such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP

*Expertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

*Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

*Top Secret SCI security clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

*Specific experience with PeopleSoft, MPM, or Cobra is a plus

*Experience in Program Finance on U.S. Government programs

*Experience and proficiency with Earned Value Management
