Job Description
  • Limited domestic travel may be required
  • 5-8 years of experience in procurement activity and/or procurement management of industrial and office building projects.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Master’s degree in engineering/Construction/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics would be a plus
  • Any industry-recognized international certification related with Project Management and/or Supply Chain/Procurement is a plus
  • Technically proficient with ERP systems and other analytical tools
  • Innovation and lateral thinking
  • Kills:Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, general instructions on new assignments and demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the procurement processes and associated systems and applications.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
  • Previous experience in infrastructural projects within manufacturing/civil building sector strongly desirable (experience in managing the sourcing of supply and services for a new industrial building, including offices is strongly desirable
  • Ability to solves complex problems; take a new perspective on existing solutions; exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
  • Education:Bachelor’s Degree in engineering/Construction/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics
  • Spanish and/or Italian is a plus
  • Proficiency interpreting risks related to terms and conditions
  • Proactivity and effective verbal and written communication
  • Advanced knowledge of Office Package (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word)
