Job Description

Event Coordinator to support multitude of events. Seeking an individual who excels in project management, thrives on creating personalized experiences whether attendees are in-person or virtual. This individual will be self-motivating, and detail-oriented with high energy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement plans and production schedules for events.

· Interfacing directly with key internal contacts to create content for events.

· Accountable for generating event timelines, meeting schedules, and to help manage the project planning and approval process

· Supports experiential managers for all events and administrative needs.

· Self-motivating, highly organized and detail oriented

· Project Management & Event Coordinator Experience Required

· Supports a multitude of events, across several business areas.

· Coordinate and manage in-house project management tool workfront; working with Event Manager & Senior Experiential Producer to produce a wide variety of events from large to small

· Developing and implementing plans and production schedules for events

· Collaborates with with internal creative team to bring event concept to life

· Having “a pulse” on new, interactive in person experiences, premium gift experiences and marketing trends.

· Self-motivated, able to work independently, think proactively and balance priorities effectively.

· 6 – 8 years experience

· Bachelors' degree or equal years of event coordination experience preferred

· May require evenings and some weekends during peak event season
