THE JOB:

As Sound Bath Instructor, you will provide exceptional guest service and be responsible for leading our fitness classes, performing restorative yoga with music and musical instruments and yoga poses in precise alignment, using the correct terminology, and safely guiding guests through the flow of the practice. Must be knowledgeable in the implementation of the chakra system and mindful meditation as well as Sound Bath Meditation. Responsibilities also include conducting and leading yoga classes, visually assess guests to determine their level of practice, assists guests to achieve precise alignment, demonstrate practice and techniques, and offer training recommendations to improve the practice of yoga.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Yoga certification.

2. One (1) year experience as a Sound Bath Instructor

3. Minimum of 200 hours of experience.

4. CPR/First Aid Certification

5. Education or experience in health and fitness is preferable.

6. The art of teaching the Vinyasa Flow and Sound Bath Meditation

7. Knowledge of mindful meditation.

8. Completes all training and continuing education as required.

Ability to work on AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs.
