Solutions Manager - Contingent Workforce


As Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by developing new relationships and winning new business opportunities. You will primary focus will be on acquiring clients through Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Direct engagement with clients.


Responsibilities


  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and direct clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) through consistent prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closure.
  • Lead negotiation processes, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement is reached, resulting in successful contract closures.
  • Drive the acquisition of new clients by proactively identifying, targeting, and engaging with potential clients in Europe.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our workforce solutions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommended actions to achieve objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the recruitment team, to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals that align with client expectations.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to align business development efforts with organisational goals and maximise client satisfaction.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to sales, understanding client requirements, and proposing tailored contingent and contractor workforce solutions to meet their specific needs.


Requirements


  • Strong knowledge of contingent and contractor workforce labour, including relevant legislation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements, while maintaining a proactive and positive approach.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a target-driven environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and leverage internal resources to achieve common goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to approach sales with a consultative mindset, understanding client needs, and offering customised solutions to drive value and build long-term relationships.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create and maintain effective business connections with various stakeholders.
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in winning contingent workforce business, ideally in a global role.
  • Experience of using Automation tools including Bullhorn, Salesloft, Outreach (or similar) preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate effectively.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for achieving and surpassing targets.
