Project Coordinator Ii (Contingent)

This Digital Signage Project Coordinator position reports to the Principal Program Manager of the Physical Stores Advertising team. This position requires heavy e-mail communication with internal customers across Amazon Advertising and various Whole Foods Market teams and will use software tools to manage content that is displayed in physical stores (e.g., advertising, merchandising, and store content that are displayed on TV screens in Whole Foods Market stores). This position will be responsible for scheduling content to digital screens and QAing content on a daily basis to ensure the right content is playing on the right screens. The Digital Signage Project Coordinator will work within a team environment, communicate internally with other departments, and attend relevant meetings to track progress or new needs for digital signage content.

Primary Objectives

• Ensure we are delighting physical store shoppers with our digital signage
• Provide stellar customer satisfaction to internal teams at all times
• Use a wide variety of software systems to schedule and monitor digital signage content
• Meet all performance and quality metrics
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate digital signage content
• Provide input to process improvement projects within the department

1. Basic Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree
• 1+ years customer service experience
• Experience working with high-volume processes
• Excellent attention to detail and history of delivering results

2. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize, with strong organizational and follow-up skills
