Job Description
dātma envisions a deeply connected world where people and technology seamlessly explore, share and unlock the value of healthcare data facilitating discovery, and improving outcomes for a resilient future.

In order to fulfill this vision, dātma, an emerging healthcare technology company, has built a best in class data platform and related software tools which are in routine scientific and clinical use globally. As a rapidly growing technology company, dātma values our people and the innovations they bring daily to this important work. We care passionately about our technology and believe that what we do will improve human health far into the future.

Our dātma.BASE platform ingests, aggregates, and harmonizes complex healthcare data at scale, effectively breaking data silos. dātma’s platform was purpose-built from inception for genomic, imaging, and other healthcare data types, ensuring cost-effective storage and scalability while powering rapid analysis. This approach allows us to deliver critical insights from multimodal data, paving the way for groundbreaking discoveries, real-world evidence, and knowledge-based enlightenment.

Leveraging the power of our dātma.BASE, dātma.360, our fully customizable data viewing and analytics platform, provides actionable insights from healthcare data. Drawing from both internal and external data sources, and embedded seamlessly within your EMR or other systems, dātma.360 translates data to clinical action. Already deployed across multiple health systems, this technology is making a pivotal difference across clinical disciplines from oncology to cardiology.

Our federated solutions enable data networking and analysis at scale, accelerating research and building a robust infrastructure for clinical data interpretation. Through dātma.FED, all queries can be shared and cohorts built while the underlying data remains securely in the tenancy of the owners. Our technology for causal AI builds on this structure and enables domain experts to build inferences and models mechanistically.
