Your Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer for John Deere Finacial located in Chicago, IL or Moline, IL, you will...

• Solve well-defined problems with little guidance
• Participate in data delivery and modernization initiatives for the product
• Work alongside other team members promoting a DevSecOps culture
• Work on a product team to develop and support critical features for John Deere data products
• Evaluate, design, and implement solutions to improve cost, quality, and performance of data products

What Skills You Need

• 1 or more years of proven experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment
• 1 or more years of experience with Spark, SQL, data modeling, Java, and Spring Boot
• 1 or more years of proven experience leveraging DevSecOps and lean development principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• 1 or more years of experience in cloud development with the AWS platform
• 3 or more years of experience designing and delivering Transactional, Warehouse, Analytical and Reporting Data Platforms leveraging modern cloud data technologies
• 3 or more years of experience in full-stack development and designing loosely coupled API based systems
• 3 or more years of proven experience in the design, development, testing (TDD) and integration of high complex software solutions leveraging change management
