U.S. Bank is seeking a highly effective and dynamic individual to perform testing and project support for our Derivatives business in the Capital Market space. Our ideal candidate will have Interest Rate Derivative, or Capital Market experience as this position will help support the delivery of business needs via the Calypso product suite. This individual and will collaborate with internal partners to ensure efficiencies and value-added solution are properly and thoroughly tested and validated prior to any production release. Success will be measured through effective and proactive risk mitigations efforts, strong partnered approach to drive business satisfaction and effectiveness. The Analyst/Tester will provide project and analytical support by performing research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. We are seeking a strong communicator as this person will act as a project liaison with other departments. This individual will need a high-level attention to detail as they will compile and analyze information to make recommendations based on findings. The Analyst/Tester is responsible for managing assigned regression test cases which are primarily tested manually

- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Master's degree preferred
- Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Thorough knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Strong organizational and analytical skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
