Join our dynamic team as a Data Entry Specialist, supporting the Automated Weight & Balance System (AWBS) software team at Hill AFB. The AWBS team is at the forefront of providing sustainment and distribution for the F-16 Automated Stores Configuration System (ASCS), a crucial software tool used by the F-16 community.
Your Impact
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the ASCS. Your task will involve entering data from pdf's and Technical Orders into the software tool, contributing to the updating and enhancement of the system. Your efforts will directly impact over 5,000 unique store configurations, enabling F-16 users to select planned aircraft store configurations and receive real-time feedback.
What We're Looking For
No prior F-16 knowledge is required for this role. What matters most is your attention to detail and your excellent written and verbal communication skills. You'll be part of a collaborative team where good communication and writing skills are highly valued. While software development and testing skills are not mandatory, an understanding of these principles would be a plus.
