• And So Much More! RESPONSIBILITIES of the Social Services Assistant include, but are not limited to:
• Previous experience in the field required. Previous long term care experience strongly preferred.
• Identifies medical-related social needs of customers, provides appropriate services to meet the individual, as well as collective needs of customers, and maintains records relating to the customers’ social work needs and care.
• Needs to possess any Certifications/Licensures required by State regulations. Riverwood Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
