Description:
We are looking for a part-time Tik-tok account Manager to join our growing team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram. The successful candidate will help execute social media strategies, be creative, innovative and practical as well as creating engaging content, to grow a social media following –Community.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Schedule and publish social media posts across all platforms using a social media management tool.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Communicate with influencers and help them with content creation.
Requirements:
Experience in social media management, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of Tik-tok analytics and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Ability to create high-quality visual content using photo and video editing tools.
Passion for skincare and a keen interest in men's grooming.
