The Opportunity:

Our team is looking for an enthusiastic personality to join our growing Social Media team and make an immediate impact across the Vivid Seats social channels: Tiktok, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. We are looking for someone who can engage with our communities and fan the flames of channel growth. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be “in-the-weeds” of our social channels, acting as our primary community manager, engaging with our fans and staying up to date with the latest trends and information in the entertainment space.
How your role contributes to the success of Vivid Seats:

• Identify real time opportunities to build brand love, gain awareness and delight our fans
• Constant monitoring of the social community, engaging with fans and bringing a personality to our channels
• Utilize social listening and channel monitoring to understand our community
• Work across teams internally to source, ideate, and co-create original content purpose-built for social, utilizing our brand new, state of the art content creation studio
• Create, publish and track posts across various social media platforms
• Availability to work nights & weekends as needed (Concerts, festivals, NFL season, etc.)
• Assist in developing our content strategy and monthly calendars across our social platforms

What You’ll Bring:

• Extensive knowledge and mastery of social channel mechanics and best practices
• Positive attitude and genuine excitement to use the latest apps, tools and social platforms to create content and engage communities.
• Willingness to appear on camera is important, past on camera experience a plus
• Experience in design programs like Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop or similar
• A strong passion for social media, entertainment and sports
• Ability to build strong cross functional relationships and collaborate with peers constructively
• Knowledge and experience with social media publishing and social listening platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout, Khoros, Talkwalker etc.)
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Adaptable/flexible personality who can handle the ever-changing demands of the position and work in both strategic and executional capacities
• Sports, entertainment or agency social media or community management experience preferred
