Job Overview
Social Kapture is seeking a self-driven and creative Social Media Specialist to work in a fast-paced environment with a wide range of multifamily real estate clients. This is a full-time, hybridwork opportunity.
This position will work closely with other Content Producers while managing social strategy for specialty clients. The Social Media Specialist will play a crucial role in meeting day-to-day objectives through timely and accurate project management, clear communication and critical thinking.
Core Responsibilities
- Ideate, refine and coordinate production of social media content based on client needs, including high-leverage and critically valuable clients
- As needed: write clear copy with a distinctly branded voice for clients. Review and approve content for adherence to client guidelines, branding, accuracy and compliance to SK best practices
- Manage multiple projects concurrently with clear and up-to-date maintenance of productivity tracking, accounting documentation and other related materials
- Maintain agility between multiple teams and keep current on all best practices that may effect daily work
- Consistently meet both individual and team deadlines and KPIs
- Communicate with clients, prospects, contractors and other outward-facing entities in a professional and timely manner while maintaining the highest regard for SK’s reputation and brand voice
- Employ top-notch research skills to develop a deep understanding of the regions in which Social Kapture clients operate — i.e. become a “virtual local” and be able to source targeted relevant content
- Execute social media strategies for Social Kapture clients through guidance of best practices and competitive research designed to increase brand engagement
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, or other relevant field; equivalent combination of related experience and/or training
3-5 years of experience in social media, project management, marketing or other related field
Exceptional attention to detail and great organization skills
Demonstrable knowledge of GSuite — Gmail, Google Drive, GSheets, etc.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate in a client-facing capacity
Strong time management, critical thinking, prioritization and multitasking abilities
Ideal Candidate will have:
Multifamily property management experience or industry knowledge
Understanding of, or previous experience working with social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
Deep understanding of productivity software like Asana or Wrike
Proficiency with social media planning and publishing platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite or Falcon
