Job Description

Must-haves

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Photoshoot, video editing, etc.) required to create content for social media and analytics platforms for reporting

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role


Plusses:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.

Day-to-Day

Insight Global is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join one of our clients. This client is a start up Tea Brand in the Seattle area. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to promote their tea brand, engage with their audience, and enhance brand awareness and loyalty.


Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the tea industry.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the tea brand's goals and target audience.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable goals to assess the success of social media campaigns.


2. Content Creation and Management:

  • Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including written copy, images, videos, and graphics.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and adherence to brand guidelines.


3. Community Engagement and Customer Relationship Management:

  • Actively engage with the tea brand's audience on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and comments, and collaborate with customer service teams to provide prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Foster a sense of community by initiating conversations, encouraging user-generated content, and sharing tea-related insights, tips, and recipes.


4. Social Media Advertising and Influencer Partnerships:

  • Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including contract negotiations, tracking performance, and evaluating return on investment (ROI).
  • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators to leverage their reach and generate authentic user-generated content.
  • Develop and implement targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience and increase brand visibility.


5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor social media metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
  • Continuously optimize social media strategies based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, social media trends, and insights to the tea brand's management team.
