Social Media Marketing Specialist

Our client, a leader in news & entertainment production, is urgently looking to fill an Associate Social Media Manager in LA, CA! This person will be managing social media strategies for certain shows to create innovative campaigns as well as supporting social media Directors & Managers.

*This is a 3-month contract with the opportunity to extend or convert + benefits*

Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day social activations across assigned shows, including securing handles, managing posting calendars and schedule live social posting

· Work with the creative teams to execute a steady stream of relevant and impactful content tailored to each platform

· Create, maintain and manage social marketing calendars for shows, ensuring strategies are on schedule

· Partner with talent and producers to utilize their social media pages to promote the show

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year professional social media experience

· Ability to work as a part of a high-functioning team in a fast-paced, creative environment

· Detail-oriented and the ability to be organized while multi-tasking
