Social Media Intern Jobs

Our creative team is seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Intern who wants to gain experience managing multiple clients accounts at a creative agency. We are seeking a self-sufficient and detailed-orientated person to hire for a paid fellowship position after a three months internship.

You will work directly with our Social Media Manager, Creative Director, along with assisting our production team. The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of written communication and the current digital media landscape, including various social media platforms (Instagram Feed, Stories, Reels, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, etc).

You’ll have a unique opportunity to join us and learn how to operate the social media presence and aid in the marketing campaigns for all three of our subsidiary organizations Chil & Co., Chil Studios, and fourofour.

Candidates must provide a portfolio or examples of previous work or classwork to be considered.

Things You Will Learn

• How to use read and use analytics reports to improve key performing metrics
• How to create a successful social media campaign from ideation to execution
• How to create content for various clients and audiences
• How to create photo and video reels

What You Will Help Us Do:

1. Generate original ideas that grab the attention of the target audience
2. Write and edit copy for social media, blog posts, web copy, and marketing materials
3. Assist in strategizing concepts for client accounts and maintaining community engagement on various social platforms
4. Ideate + Produce phone content
5. Participate in marketing campaigns
6. Schedule and deploy posts
7. Organically grow social media accounts
8. Analyze data and present data

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following:

1. Have or are pursuing a College Degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, or a similar field in Media
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Working knowledge of all social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
4. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
5. Accountability and teamwork
6. Willingness to learn

Compensation / Length:

This is a hybrid position where you will work remotely most of the time and commute to our studio in Atlanta 1-2 times a month. If offered the position, you will be offered a 5-day remote trial run. Upon successful completion of the trial run, you will be offered an internship position with a $15per day stipendor a fellowship opportunity with apay rate of $12 per hour.
