Social Media Copywriter Jobs

Toast Media Group is a digital marketing agency based in Brooklyn, New York that works with a wide range of clients — from DTC startups to Fortune 500 companies — to connect their brands to customers in the places where they’re spending time. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a story-telling layer across everything we do, from top-level campaign development to atomic social media posts
• Integrate into the content development process so that all campaign-level concepts and client/consumer facing content runs through your edit
• Develop and refine client brand voice guidelines based on performance, consumer and competitive insights
• Participate in campaign development brainstorms and/or share brand campaign ideas at key moments
• Create engaging, strategic and brand-aligned copy for content types across social media platforms
• Participate in client-facing meetings, as needed
• Work with social media editors in the content planning process and provide input from a story arc perspective

Qualifications:

• Experience with DTC brand copy and/or editorial
• Clean, concise and grammatically correct copywriting and general communication skills
• A talent for consumer-facing brand storytelling that meets people/communities where they are
• Ability to present logical and concise ideas/concepts
• Ability to adapt written tone & voice across specific client needs
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
