What We’re Looking For


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Coordinator to lead our company's marketing projects and oversee our paid media ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of paid media campaigns, including SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, and programmatic buying. The candidate will also present excellent customer service skills, the ability to lead client-facing conversations and offer strategic thought leadership and tactical management expertise.


What We Want You To Do

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies to achieve the company's marketing objectives
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
  • Ability to curate social media content, including basic graphics and captions
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients to build relationships and ensure success on all projects
  • Oversee and manage paid media ad campaigns across various channels, including SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, and programmatic buying
  • Be a thought leader in strategic thinking and tactical management expertise
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that campaigns are aligned with the company's brand and messaging
  • Conduct ongoing analysis and optimization of paid and organic media campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, paid media advertising, and project management
  • Utilize Notion, Slack, Google Suite, and other project management tools to ensure all deliverables and tasks are organized and delivered on-time
  • Create project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution

What We Want to See

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and project management software
  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, and programmatic buying
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 1 year of agency experience
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve results
  • Experience using Canva and Adobe Suite
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • 2 years paid social media advertising experience
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
