Digital Smiles is a fast-growing digital entertainment start-up. We create innovative and engaging media experiences for kids. At the heart of what we do are animated videos, social media, and gaming. Right now, we are working in stealth mode from our offices in Los Angeles, Munich, and Lahore, preparing to launch our products to the world.

We are seeking a highly motivated expert to run the social media operations of our properties. Your main task will be building and maintaining high-reach channels on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube with the help of our animated characters and virtual influencers.

This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in the creation of a new and exciting media company from the start! This role reports full time to our office in Munich and Los Angeles but will be working remote.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations of our channels: upload, optimization, engagement
• Build a strong network in the world of kids´ content and be at the pulse of the market
• Manage the publishing pipeline
• Oversee and execute the creation of all assets (videos, reels, posts) with the help of our screenplay and production teams
• Rethink kids´ entertainment and keep up with the latest developments in social media
• Performance updates for company and management
• Develop social media strategies for our animated content

Requirements

• Needs to be US-based
• A strong passion for storytelling, kids´ content and animation
• Experience in working with animated/kids´ content is a plus but not essential
• Basic knowledge of photo- and video-editing
• Fluent English is essential in our global team setup
• Proficiency with analytics tools
• Interest for A.I. solutions and data innovation
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience with social media platforms and scaling reach, paid and organic, especially on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
