Role Description

Axxes Capital, located in Miami, FL, is seeking an experienced podcast and social media creation specialist with experience in developing viral social media content, videos and compelling podcasts for this exciting and unique new role on our marketing team. Since our target audience is financial advisors and their clients, previous asset management experience is desirable, but not required for the right superstar candidate.

Axxes Capital was established to revolutionize the traditional asset management industry by providing financial advisors with access to innovative private market investment solutions for both their qualified and mass affluent accredited clients. Axxes Capital is planning to introduce a suite of SEC-registered investment solutions built exclusively for wealth advisors at private banks, RIAs, family offices and independent broker dealers. The company’s investment vehicles are poised to target various private equity and credit sectors that offer potentially higher returns and improved portfolio diversification.

Specific Job Responsibilities

• Spearhead end-to-end production of our podcasts, including ideation, script development, guest bookings, and the creation/posting of show notes.
• Collaborate with our Chief Marketing Officer and subject matter experts to conceptualize, develop and produce engaging content for several podcasts and social media channels.
• Ability to become a subject matter expert across all of the company’s funds and various lines of business.
• Identify and curate compelling social media and podcast topics, identify and secure interviews with noteworthy guests, and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers.
• Develop a regular cadence of social media posts on behalf of the company, our executives and members of the sales team to significantly grow engagement and heighten our reputation as an industry thought leader (with a particular emphasis on LinkedIn and Twitter).
• Devise strategies to maximize audience engagement and extend the reach of our content.
• Build out short and long-term podcast and social media strategies, while maintaining end-to-end project management of the department content strategy.
• Expertly produce and edit all podcast content, while repurposing and cross promoting it across our various company-owned and social media channels to amplify visibility and boost SEO.
• Manage the production of innovative webinars and videos that keep viewers engaged from start to finish.

Candidate Qualifications

• Constant learner and innovator, knowing social media happens in real time.
• Expert-level knowledge of Hootsuite, ATEM Mini Pro, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Buzzsprout, WordPress, and/or similar design, editing and production tools.
• Team player and passionate leader with excellent management skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Significant social media content/video editing skills.
• Self-starter with strong social media, podcast production and uploading skills.
• Results-oriented with an ability to thrive in an intense, rapidly changing environment.
• Equal parts creative and production, able to conceptualize and execute ideas independently.
• Experience working with asset managers and financial advisors is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated record of building an audience on social media through compelling content, along with a keen awareness of current content and engagement trends across all platforms.
• Ability to digitally transform technical concepts into understandable, highly visual, actionable and entertaining information.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Minimum of 5+ years of content creation across multiple channels, including video, social media and podcasts.
