About The Role


We are seeking a talented and experienced Creator Partnerships and Social Media Manager to join our Creator Organic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing creator campaigns and managing social media accounts for our clients. You'll develop and execute creator campaigns, manage social media accounts, and collaborate with our team of creative strategists, content creators, editors, marketing specialists, and clients to achieve their goals. As a Creator Partnerships and Social Media Manager, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, build strong client relationships through weekly calls and communications, and collaborate with our internal teams to develop a customer acquisition strategy to meet and exceed defined KPIs. Additionally, you will analyze organic and paid performance to identify new opportunities and optimizations, provide reports of weekly account and campaign performance, and continually test new angles, audiences, and creatives to improve client performance.


The base salary range of this role is $50,000 - $70,000/year. We provide unlimited PTO, paid company holidays medical, dental, and vision insurance, healthcare FSA, and voluntary short & long term disability insurance. We also provide 401k with matching, available after your first year.


This is a hybrid role; candidates are encouraged to work out of our NYC, Orlando, or Miami offices a few days per week.

What You'll Be Doing


  • Identify and plan the creative needs of assigned accounts
  • Batch creatives and copy for accounts to fulfill the required number of deliverables specified within the specified service
  • Provide account audits and communicate your recommendations to your client in order to improve performance and generate high-converting content
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop high-quality social media content and campaigns
  • Provide service upsells and tech stack recommendations to your client that fit their business model
  • Build and present campaigns, creative briefs, and social media strategy best fit for account needs - this includes providing feedback and revisions on creator videos to optimize final product
  • Be the direct point of contact for your clients for your respective channel from the time of onboarding to offboarding
  • Partner with internal teams to develop market research and creatives for testing and ensure the content stays consistent and on-brand.
  • Prioritize creative development needs and maintain internal project management systems based on evolving account priority levels
  • Storyboard creatives using the content available and submit them to the editing team
  • Communicate with the client to ensure that all creatives meet their needs and brand vision
  • Source creators, manage partnerships, negotiate deals, and oversee the execution of creator campaigns using an allotted budget
  • Complete the onboarding process for your brands to ensure deliverables are provided within the 4-6 week time frame
  • Develop and sustain social media accounts, including but not limited to: content creation, posting, scheduling, performance reporting, and community management
  • Develop campaign strategies that align with our clients' goals and showcase the unique features of their products and services
  • Identify influencers, creators, bloggers, streamers, and other creators who align with our clients’ target audiences and objectives
  • Meet with clients on a recurring call to review learnings and discuss KPIs, brand direction, account performance, and upcoming campaigns
  • Participate in weekly internal meetings to strategize, share insights and data, and support our sales team
  • Communicate cross-department and with the editing team to ensure that the creatives are up to client and company standards before being finalized and submitted to client for review.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in creator partnerships and social media management


What We're Looking For


  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful creator campaigns
  • 2+ years of experience in creator partnerships (including platforms such as Insense or Creator Marketplace) and social media management on Meta, TikTok, Youtube, etc.
  • Experience with Direct Outreach, Hashtag Research, and a basic understanding of SEO
  • Creativity and innovation when uncovering new ways to communicate products and services
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, and flexible when handling multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to navigate the following tech stack: Google Workspace, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, ClickUp, Canva, Later
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, psychology, or a related field
  • Experience with social media scheduling/reporting tools and a basic understanding of digital marketing KPIs. Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics is a plus
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills and confident in managing client communications
