Social Media Manager & Content Creator Hybrid Role (Mid-Level Experience / 3+ years experience)

  • Must have knowledge of social media industry with graphic creation in CANVA or other similar editing apps
  • Applicant must be in South Florida area
  • Must have past experience in managing social media accounts for brands/companies/personalities/talent
  • Graphic Design skill set a big plus!
  • Must have experience in shooting photography both products & lifestyle with pro camera and iphone
  • Must be willing to self-teach and execute tasks with minimal training
  • Must have experience in shooting & editing reels, preferred pro video editing training


Typical duties include:


  • Research top influencers, competitors and trends in clients’ industries
  • Create content calendars for multiple platforms: IG Grid, IG Story, FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok
  • Curate content in an aesthetically pleasing fashion
  • Create timely and engaging content optimized for the platform used and intended audience
  • Available to attend client events as needed for social media coverage
  • Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities
  • Researches and monitors activity of client competitors and is aware of what other brands are doing so our clients can be relevant and trendy across social media
  • Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand
  • Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
  • Reports progress to senior social media management on a task basis
  • Community Engagement - Monitor clients sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client
  • Handles pressure well
  • Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including content ideation, and implementation schedules
  • Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with department members
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay current with social media trends and tools – includes reading blogs, and listening to podcasts. We want someone with creativity and taking the content to the next level. Be different.
  • Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of captions, web page, or social media messages
