Job Description
Comprehensive A/R Solutions is a Corridor company, a market leading provider of revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). The Comprehensive goal is to maximize our clients’ revenues through stewardship of the revenue cycle that they entrust to us, teamwork within our department and throughout the company, and integrity guiding all our actions.
We are seeking a full-time AR/ Account Manager who will be responsible to operate as the lead point of contact to clients for matters specific to the accounts.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assist with establishing systems for KPI metrics to be communicated to clients
  • Lead communication to clients regarding progress of monthly/quarterly metrics
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Experience Required:
  • Experience in Account management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SNF AR/ revenue cycle
  • 2 years of management experience
Qualifications:
  • Interpersonal skills/expectations include: Excellent communication skills. Effective telephone skills a must.
  • Familiar with Skilled Nursing Facility AR
  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor a must.
  • Organization skills/expectations include: Attention to detail necessary
Education/Experience: High School or equivalent
Computer Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office
Work Schedule:
  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
