Job Summary

• Reinforcer
• Shrinkwrap
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Cloth Cutter
• Primarily responsible for running one small piece of equipment at production speed as required to ensure an efficient flow of work through the facility.
• Laminator
• Drill
• Additional duties as assigned
• Jacketer
• Accept all assignments with enthusiasm and be able to work with a minimum of supervision
• Broad Cutter
• Tipper
• Setup, operate, and run at production speed at least one of small piece of equipment listed below:
• Perform minor repairs and supervise teardown and maintenance of equipment assigned
• Nester

Basic Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude required
• Able to lead a crew if applicable and work well in team environment
• Good arm, hand and eye coordination.
• Requires regularly standing, walking, carrying, climbing, and reaching.
• Ability to work with Printstream and Flex
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lead a crew.
• Ability to keep up with a high-speed delivery output in a standing position for a full shift.
• Good safety skills
• Ability to lift cartons up to a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Excellent math skills

SCHEDULE IS MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 3 PM TO 11 PM – 40 HOURS/WEEK

• Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours per week
• Night shift pays an extra 8% on hours worked
