Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Machine Operator in Auburn Hills, MI.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Inspects and measures machined work pieces to verify conformance to pacifications, records, and charts SPC data.
• Adheres to company rules.
• Adds coolant to machine reservoir as required.
• Responsible for shutting process down if quality is compromised in any way.
• Responsible for recording arrival and departure time by use of time clock/card system.
• Lifts raw castings manually and secures in fixture.
• Uses test or assembly equipment as required.
• Responsible for completing and accuracy of production reporting; quantity, time.
• Initiates machine cycle.
• Performs various functions relating to individual and outlined on the Operator Instructions / Process Sheets.
• Cleans machined parts by use of air blow off tool.
• Adheres to safety guidelines.
• Adheres to company cleanup procedure.
• Responsible for data entry into the Monitor system to include but not limited to labor reporting and machine downtime.

• Lift or move up to 10 lbs frequently or 25 lbs and occasionally lift +50lbs
• Authorized to work in the US
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Be 18 years or older
