Overview:
The Select Client Service Manager is accountable for managing AJG Small Business proactive BPS programs. This role reports directly into the Center's Client Service Director. This role directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, client growth, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) fully remote position.
Responsibilities:
  • Account list population and management
  • Tracking individual policy and account statuses
  • Communication with internal CSMs and CEs
  • Work with carriers on process improvements
  • Addressing carrier needs for additional information
  • Proactive communication to impacted insureds
  • Proactive programs in-scope:
  • Hanover Proactive: annual
  • RPS: monthly
  • Selective Flood: monthly
  • Hartford Proactive: monthly
  • Hartford AMP: quarterly
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid project or program management skillset.
Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.
