Site Reliability Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure

What You’ll Do

• Build abstractions that simplify and unify the management of development and staging environments
• Build, deploy, monitor, and maintain tooling and infrastructure across multiple cloud environments and physical data centers
• Work with multiple engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into tooling and infrastructure projects
• Participate in an on-call rotation and write runbooks for troubleshooting and resolving common issues
• Translate metrics into meaningful dashboards and actionable alerts

You

• Have experience deploying and monitoring infrastructure in public cloud environments
• Value working collaboratively, leading projects with multiple internal stakeholders
• Are comfortable working and debugging issues on the Linux command-line
• Have experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Have experience with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Have a strong bias for operational excellence and incremental improvements

Nice to Have

• Experience building and maintaining internal tools and infrastructure (secrets management, artifact storage, CI/CD platforms, identity management)
• Experience with multiple public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI)
• Project management experience
• Familiarity with the Hashicorp stack (Vault, Consul, Nomad, Packer, Terraform)
• Experience with Ansible
• Scripting proficiency (Python)

Salary Range Information

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $147,000-$229,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
