Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement centralized logging and monitoring for Cloud environment
  • Design and implement Cloud architecture
  • Implement security and compliance standard for infrastructure
  • Design and improve CI/CD platform and process
  • Take part in on-call rotation (“Follow the sun ” rule) for production systems
  • Deliver reliable container platform, driving application containerization
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience managing Hybrid infrastructure and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible and Puppet.
  • Experience with central logging (ELK stack), monitoring systems (Prometheus), and Tracing
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Strong grasp of Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker fundamentals.
  • 5+ years of experience as System engineer or SRE engineer (DevOps culture)
  • Strong Linux skills and excellent skills in one major programming language (Python, Java would be great.)
  • Good understanding Infrastructure-as-Code mentality.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining Container stack with all the security and compliance consideration.
  • Understanding of CI/CD and experience with Jenkins, Pipeline as code
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A security certification and/or knowledge of DevSecOps would be a plus
  • Passion for knowledge sharing and continuous learning
  • Technologies: AWS Public Cloud, Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, Fluentd, aqua, Twistlock, canal, flannel, Jenkins, Artifactory, ELK, Prometheus, calico, istio), CentOS Linux, VMWare ESX, terraform, Puppet, Ansible, Git, Jira, confluence, Atlassian tools, python, new relic, Datadog, CDN, DNS, Apache, Tomcat, MySQL, Mongodb, oracle DB
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator would be a plus
  • Experience with enterprise grade container stack like, RedHat Openshift, Docker EE, Rancher would be a plus
  • AWS certified Associate Solutions Architect would be a plus
  • Strong commitment to documentation, well organized, methodical & with metrics driven approach
  • Experience with modern logging and monitoring systems such as ELK, Prometheus
  • Experience with implementing security controls for PCI-DSS, HIPAA, HiTrust, SOC 2 is desirable

    The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed.
