Manager Facilities Jobs

Direct management of corporate building, branch network, and corporate fleet. This is inclusive of projects, repairs, on site inspections, general services and maintenance. All projects and tasks must be within proper facility codes and standards.

Maintain service contracts; stay up to date of changes within codes, regulations and overall facility operational changes. This can include changes or upgrades with systems, permits, policies and procedures that impact a facility.

Implement capital improvement and maintenance projects; meets with vendors to discuss contract work; review vendor bids to and present recommendation to senior management for final approval.

Provide oversight and direction to staff in identifying, developing, implementing processes across the organization to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure to liability in all areas of physical, and personnel risk.

Facilitate operational strategy translating to internal team and 3rd party service providers for execution of janitorial and refuse removal, Grounds keeping Services, Secure Document Destruction, Life Safety Systems, , Cellular Electrical Invoicing and access, Furniture procurement, , Elevator operations, Exterminator contracts & service, corporate fleet management/maintenance, procurement and processing of invoices associated with Facilities related task/services/equipment
