Medtronic Diabetes Processing Specialists are a critical part of our integrated sales team. In this role, you will use your problem-solving and people skills to help us foster strong relationships with health care providers and support our mission of improving the lives of people living with diabetes.
Location: Monday- Friday in our San Antonio office.
Hours: Typical hours will be an 8 hour shift between 7A-8P.

Compensation: Set hourly rate of $15.50 per hour plus a sales incentive that could earn you an additional $4,350 per year or more!  
Training: Paid training will begin in July or August and last for 3 weeks. 
A Day in the Life

• Works with national distributors to coordinate claims processing
• Provides clear written and verbal communication with inside and field sale teams
• Partners with inside and field sales representatives to provide consistent communication on claim processing with the patient
• Partners with physicians by phone and email to appeal rejected submissions for prior authorizations
• Advocates for our patients’ needs by building relationships with physicians and insurance companies
• Electronically reviews physician charts, labs, and notes to receive insurance approval
