Shop Laborer/ Welder Details

• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
• Ensuring proper housekeeping of the workshop and machines.
• Temporary position
• Performs some specialized tasks which may require on-the job training.
• Full Time work available
• Arc Welder/TIG Welder will be responsible for welding and fabrication.
• Moves items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor.
• Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment.
• $ 15.00 / hour

Shop Laborer/ Welder Qualifications

• Previous experience performing air-arc welding.
• Ability to lift 75lb throughout a 8 hour shift.
• Experience with air-arc gouging and operation of plasma cutting machines.
• Ability to accurately measure using devices such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.
• Ability to comprehend complex blueprints and weld symbols.
• Successful ability to pass certification tests.
