Laborer Jobs

We are looking for a skilled laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of construction trades, including sand/gravel, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and concrete. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and they will be safety conscious.

Responsibilities:

• Must have a positive attitude and be a great teammate.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Can prepare reports and records of work accomplished, time spent, and parts, supplies, and materials used.
• Follow safety procedures and work in a safe and efficient manner while in and operation of hand and motorized tools.
• Provide safe and productive operation of heavy civil construction equipment including skid steers, drum compactors, wheel loaders, off road dump trucks, and other applicable equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to travel up to 100% (per diem provided).

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow safety procedures.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in construction trades.
• CDL and sand / gravel experience are a big plus.
