Responsabilities of the Position: Manage Air and Ocean Shipments.
Activities:
- Enter new shipments data;
- Track shipments;
- Resolve any issues with the shipments;
- Invoicing customers;
- Interact with Suppliers (Ocean/Air/Road companies);
- Interact with internal team Sales and internal team Pricing, among other actions of the shipment coordination routine.
Mandatory requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in Freight Forwarder in shipment coordination activities;
- University diploma;
- Advanced level of excel;
- English (Fluent or Native);
Requirements desirable and behavioral skills:
- Spanish (advanced);
- Dynamic;
- Team work;
- Organization and comunication.
Benefits:
Work days: Monday to Friday (full-time)
Daily hours: 09:00 am to 17:30 pm
Lunch break: 30 minutes
- Vacation: 5 days after 1st year of work.
