Position Overview:
Are you someone that has a broad knowledge of the mortgage servicing business from performing loans to default loan management? We are looking for someone who has strong leadership skills that will assist clients to meet the performance goals of Freddie Mac!
Our Impact:
Through our portfolio management activities, we have to ability to ensure that servicers are compliant with our guide and taking actions that will minimize credit losses to Freddie Mac.
- Monitor servicing portfolio for risks to FRE
- Manage execution and implementation of FRE polices
- Coordinate and monitor remediation/actions plans
- Oversight of Servicing portfolio to ensure servicer meet performance goals
- Advocate for policies changes on behalf of servicers
- Analyze servicer data and create performance action plans
Your Impact:
As a servicing account manager, you will be responsible for servicer's portfolio performance and related activities while creating and maintaining positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Maintain a positive and constructive working relationship with assigned servicers
- Facilitate internal meetings between FRE and servicers
- Lead strategic engagements with executive servicing teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Preferred
- Knowledge of servicing systems and related technologies
- 8-10 Years’ experience in mortgage servicing with at least 2 of these in a leadership role
- Must have strong communications and presentation skills
- Must be proficient in commonly used software packages such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with executives and all levels of management

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $162,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.-
