We have partnered with our client in their search for a Director, Supplier Relationship Management

Lead and mentor a team of supplier relationship managers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

7+ years of experience managing strategic suppliers

Manage forward and reverse logistics transportation, regional logistics supplier certification, develop and select regional suppliers, and optimize management.

Experienced in logistics procurement or planning management.

More than 3 years of team management experience.

Establish supplier management system such as supplier sourcing, negotiation, introduction, management and elimination.

Familiar with local middle mile process and manage suppliers to achieve time delivery improvement as well as cost reduction.

Demonstrated ability to interact with executives and all levels of management

Manage execution and implementation of FRE polices

8-10 Years’ experience in mortgage servicing with at least 2 of these in a leadership role

Must have strong communications and presentation skills

Knowledge of servicing systems and related technologies

Broad knowledge of secondary marketing

Assist in documenting existing supplier management processes, including supplier setup and maintenance, and identify areas for improvement.

Work with the SRM team to implement process improvements, document the new processes, and assist with change management efforts.

Conduct research to identify best practices for supplier relationship management and recommend changes to current processes as necessary.

Attend cross-functional strategic meetings as part of the larger Enterprise Supplier Management Program.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with process documentation and improvement is a plus.

Stakeholder management skills including experience at supporting change across multiple functions

Strong relationship management skills to develop partnerships across the organization and with suppliers

Develop, pilot, and create a implementation roadmap for a Supplier Relationship Management program

Create supplier management related principles and policies for the region to ensure value realization between suppliers and Mizuho

Develop and implement Supplier Management concepts such as a preferred provider program and a regional supplier master

Investigate and recommend solutions to facilitate supplier management across the region
