Service Writer / Advisor Jobs

What qualifications you must have:

• Demonstrate some computer literacy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Some technical and/or mechanical aptitude
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prefer interest or experience in the motorsport industry

What you will do:

The Service Writers will work closely with the service manager to ensure the appropriate work is given to the technicians according to the technician's skill level. To guarantee customers satisfaction, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment and will be responsible for:

• Ability to greet customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Have the ability and desire to sell the department's services.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with a diverse client base.
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete daily paperwork in a timely & efficient manner.
• Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership as a whole
• Strong written, verbal, and telephone skills.
• Ability to keep current on manufacturer’s bulletins, recalls, and documents and forward to service department employees.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee may frequently move up to 100 pounds
• Responsible for scheduling all service work.
