Service Advisor - Powersports

RideNow Powersports Philadelphia, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an outgoing and personable customer service Rockstar to act as the liaison between our customers and technicians in the Service Department at our dealership in Bristol, PA. If you are a positive, upbeat, and interactive Service Advisor with a passion for powersports, this opportunity may be perfect for you!
Responsibilities

• Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions.
• Review repair orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Follow the status of a customer's powersports vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work.
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost.
• Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified.
• Offer/Sell Service and products, including special promotions, to guests.
• Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer.
• Offer additional services and products, including special promotions.
• Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer.
• Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance and recall work.
• Document concerns with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft and clearly describe them on the repair order.

Requirements

• Motorcycle endorsement preferred
• Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• 1+ years of powersports or automotive dealership experience
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and dependable personality
