  • BA/BS in Technical Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • We prefer that you possess some computer programming experience and/or extensive experience documenting APIs in the code.
  • Expertise in writing and/or editing original and highly technical user documentation, resulting in polished and professional final documentation packages for advanced engineering customers. Your examples may include user guides, API references, release notes, installation guides, and getting started guides.
  • Skills for supporting multiple projects and multi-tasking.
  • This position requires a minimum of 5+ years technical writing experience, preferably in an enterprise-level product company with an emphasis on technical user documentation.
