Help lead our deep learning-based training, testing, and development of our automated trading strategies.

About Us

We’re experienced subject matter experts building trading systems. We’re self-funded so we don’t have to answer to investors. The founder had a successful exit from a prior startup and is seeking to incubate profitable novel algorithms to offer new investment vehicles to traders. The ultimate goal is to take the company public.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in creating and optimizing deep learning and reinforced learning models that accelerated gains within a trading environment, or the equivalent in a research role

Preferred

• Experience in financial engineering and quantitative modeling, including formulating trading strategies
• Graduate degree in computer science, data science, AI/ML, mathematics/statistics, engineering, or an equivalent technical field
• Excelled in a fast-paced startup environment

Compensation

• Market compensation
• Profit sharing (estimated minimum value of $25,000/year; maximum is uncapped)

We're a distributed team . . .

• Non-Bay Area candidates are welcomed to apply if they plan to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
• But this position will likely be part of our first physical office (in the San Francisco Bay Area)
