Day-to-Day

Evergreen, Insight Global's Managed Service Division, is partnering with one of the largest utilities to help support writing, editing, and publishing of technical documentations. These documents may be related to Vegetation Management, Protective Grounding, PAS 55 and/or all Electric Operations, etc.. Tasks assigned to the technical writers include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities include:

- Subject Matter Expert (SME) Engagement

- Frequent engagement with Document Specialist for seamless transfer of expectations and knowledge.

- Document Drafting/Updating and Iteration

- Modify documentation as instructed.

- Incorporate all necessary SME feedback and suggestions.

- Collaborate on management of change documentation; ensuring document is properly routed for approvals as necessary.

- Publishing

- Confirm TIL format and standardization.

- Upload and confirm delivery of finalized documentation.

- Facilitate acceptance and commitment of changes suggested by standards.

- Shepherd documentation through TIL process until document deliverable is accepted and ready for hand-off.
