What is this position all about
- You will also formulate recruitment strategies to ensure a healthy pipeline of candidates and look into providing market insights through the use of data
- You'll be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring not only just a good candidate experience but a good hiring manager experience as well.
- It's about having strong stakeholder management capabilities given the high intensity and high competition for talents out there in the market
- It's also about knowing not just where to hunt, but how to hunt for the best fit talents/new talents in the market and how to spot for potential.
Who are we looking for
- Partner with multiple hiring managers and other resources to identify, engage, evaluate, and recruit talents.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process, providing outstanding partnership to internal stakeholders and best match the needs of Tencent and the talent in the market.
- Candidates will be expected to quickly take on responsibility with a direct work focus on international expansion and new market hiring initiatives.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns. Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in gathering and analysing information, and ability to identify problems through the information.
- Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in recruiting focusing on high tech and related industry, experience in Gaming / Tech recruitment will be preferred
Location State(s)
The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $85,800 to $157,300 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
